SPAM THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED

This is a list of spammers who have used our contact form. I'm listing them so that any search for them will lead to here.

They're nearly all offering SEO services. Of course, genuine SEO companies DON'T spam - they've simply no need to. Any company that is any good at SEO will use standard SEO techiniques to get high search engine rankings for their own site; potential customers will then find them! Additionally, a genuine company wouldn't ask you to reply to a throwaway webmail email address.

Note the time-stamp on these emails - most were sent outside UK working hours, but within daytime hours in India and the Far East. Additionally almost all of the IP addresses are either from India or the Far East - these emails are all sent out by human drones (to evade the anti-spam captchas) who are paid so much per thousand. Don't bother to reply to any of them. Just blacklist the IPs.

The email address that this was sent to belongs to a now-defunct online magazine that I once edited, years ago. The magazine archives are still online, deep within a section of another site. Anybody interested in the rather arcane subjects covered by the magazine can easily find it via the first couple of pages of Google - it's clear that "Rosalyn" has never set eyes on the site and is using a spammers' list. Oh, and if you want a quick giggle, just take a look at their Alexis ranking. Hint: the higher the figure, the worse the site's search engine rating is.
